Growing at Zion Lutheran Church

There are so many ways to grow in your walk of faith at Zion!  As you have likely seen on other pages, Zion is a Bible Church where we focus on the Word of God and how it impacts our lives.  Sermons are Biblically based with the goal of having you learn more about God’s Word.

Pastor Eric also has blogs that follow The Story – they are posted on Fridays with a Sunday Preview, and on Monday with There’s More to The Story.  When you follow along with your own copy of The Story you’ll see how you learn the whole story of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, from last September and into the beginning of June.

And next summer we’ll be focusing again on knowing the Bible – several years ago our summer sermon series was “12 Bible Verses Every Christian Should Know By Heart.”  The next summer it was “12 MORE Bible Verses Every Christian Should Know By Heart.”   In the summer of 2023 our sermon series will be “ANOTHER 12 Bible Verses Every Christian Should Know By Heart.” 

Along with our Men’s and Women’s and Youth Group, there are many other opportunities for growing in our lifelong quest for knowing more about God’s love for all of creation!
